  • Where is your facility located?
    Federal Storage is located at 1500 Carlyle Ave, Belleville, IL 62221.
  • What are your office hours?
    Our storage facility is designed to provide our customers with convenient access to their belongings 7 days a week. To ensure that our customers have access to our facility at all times, our gates are operational 11 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, our customers have the advantage of accessing their storage units during convenient access hours around the clock. While our office is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, closed on Saturdays and Sundays, we ensure our customers can still access their units they need to outside of our traditional business hours. Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide them with the best storage experience possible, with the flexibility to access their belongings whenever they need to.
  • When is my rent due?
    The rental due date is the first day of the month. A late fee is enforced on the 6th day if payments are not received by the 5th day of the month. The easiest way to get your payment to us quickly is through your online account.
  • How do I pay rent?
    You can pay your monthly bill online using a debit or credit card in our payment portal. Click the "Pay Rent" tab on our website.
  • When can I access my belongings?
    You can access your belongings 7 days a week from 7:00AM - 6:00PM.
  • Am I required to store long term?
    Tenants are never required to store long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
  • What security features do you offer?
    At Federal Storage, security is our top priority. You can rest easy knowing that our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security features to keep your belongings safe and secure. Our property is under 24/7 surveillance by security cameras which are monitored regularly. The facility is also well-lit to ensure visibility at all times. In addition, our gated electronic entry system ensures that only authorized individuals are granted access. We also have an on-site manager who regularly patrols the premises to ensure the safety and security of our customers and their belongings. With our comprehensive security measures, you can have peace of mind knowing your belongings are well-protected at our storage facility.
  • Do I need to provide my own lock?
    Yes, you will need to provide your own lock for your unit. Please check with the office to see if we have any available for purchase.
  • What storage unit sizes do you offer?
    We understand that our customers have unique storage needs. That's why we offer a wide range of unit sizes to fit your specific requirements. Our units range from 5x5s to 10x30s, providing ample space for all your storage needs. Whether you have a few boxes or large furniture items, we have the right unit for you. For added convenience, we offer drive-up accessible options so you can choose the best fit for your belongings.
